Branden knows what it's like to struggle with housing costs, rising utility bills, and feeling left behind by politicians in Dover. He's spent his life organizing alongside neighbors to fight for affordable housing, voting rights, and working families. Now he's running for State Representative because District 3 deserves a representative who understands their struggles and will fight every day for them.

As a Public Ally in 2020, Branden started an Eviction Defense Project and served as a Community Engagement Specialist with Westside Grows Together — helping neighbors with home repair, coordinating events, and organizing neighborhood improvement projects across the Westside community. As a housing advocate, he organized with fellow renters to win historic housing protections that began putting power back in the hands of renters across Delaware.
Branden is running for State Representative of District 3 to fight for safer streets, housing as a human right, and an end to income inequality — because real change starts when working people have a seat at the table.
A grassroots agenda built with District 3 — for affordability, accountability, and dignity for every Delawarean.
Lower electric bills, stronger oversight of utility companies, and expanded assistance for low-income households and seniors.
